Coffee Station Setup Guide
Find supplies here: Kitchen storage room, second cabinet on the left. Oat milk and half & half are in the walk-in fridge, 3rd shelf from the top.
1
Set up both brewers
Regular on the left brewer, decaf on the right. Add a fresh filter and 3 scoops of grounds. Fill water to the 12-cup line on each.

2
Set out cups and accessories
Large cups on the left, medium on the right. Lids behind cups, sleeves in the holder, stirrers in the cup. Keep extras in the cabinet below.
3
Add milk and cream
Set out oat milk carton and half & half pitcher. Label both. Always keep one backup oat milk in the fridge — it goes fast.
4
Start brewing 30 minutes before service
Hit brew on both machines. Regular takes about 8 minutes, decaf about 10. Have a fresh pot ready before the doors open.
Pro tip: Start a second pot of regular about 10 minutes into service — there's always a second wave of people grabbing coffee after they sit down.
